Huntington High School Business Academy students recently passed their exam to become Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certifications.

Ian Tsai, Preston Tabor, Casey Blough and Zachary Boster certified in Microsoft Word 2016 and Microsoft PowerPoint 2016

The MOS certification is recognized globally by academia and business as the premier credential for individuals seeking to validate their knowledge, skills and abilities related to the Microsoft Office applications. Huntington High School began offering the MOS certification this year as part of the Business Academy, Business Computer Application Class, through a partnership with Certiport, a Pearson VUE business.

“As we reach this milestone of certifying students in the 2018 school year, we have seen the immediate benefits of implementing the Microsoft IT Academy program and helping our students earn the Microsoft Office Specialist certification,” said, Michael Jones, Business Teacher, Huntington High School. “We look forward to helping even more students earn this valuable industry credential in the coming years.”
